What you need to know about this role
As an Allround ICT Technician, you are the first point of contact for our customers facing technical issues or IT problems. Thanks to your efforts, customers can get back to work with peace of mind. You provide support via phone, email, and on-site. You install Wi-Fi internet systems, carry out updates, and repair hardware.
Since requests often come in rapidly and can vary significantly in urgency, you know how to switch gears quickly and remain calm under pressure. When facing problems you cannot solve, you know how to involve the right colleagues; you are a true team player!
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT technician who is eager to develop further within our team. If you are proactive and enjoy a challenge, then you are in the right place!
You have a diploma at MBO level 3 or 4 and relevant work or internship experience, such as in a helpdesk or service desk role or as a workstation administrator. Certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are a plus. You are proficient in both Dutch and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues.
Additionally, you are flexible and capable of working independently. A driver’s license B is required due to the nature of the work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

- You have relevant work experience and strong communication skills
- You are positive and customer-oriented
- Knowledge of network protocols is a plus
